I am really starting to dislike ALBA. They always keep me on hold forever waiting to talk to someone in the parts department. A few times, after like 15 minutes, they asked me if they could call me back later. I said no, that I would call a company that actually WANTS to sell me something. Also, I have noticed that they buy and resell alot of things from other companies for a higher price. Alot of their billet stuff comes from RMW billet and ATVfourPlay and you can buy it cheaper directly from those companies that make it. The same thing with custom Galfer brake lines. They told me they only had one-size fits all (that are far too long for stock arms and stem) and that it would take a week to get the custom lines in. So I called up Cycle Brakes that actually build the Galfer units in-house and they built and shipped them same day. Has anyone else had similar bad experiences with Alba, or am I just unlucky?

I've also grown to dislike alba. I bought the alba Z400 there in January and the financing girl ended up making a $2500 mistake in the sale. When I got my statement it said total balance was $10,500 or something. I was like WTF? I went and talked to them and they tried to say it was my fault, etc. Tried to give me a store credit until I threatened them that I'd report them to the BBB and HRSI. Horrible customer service.

Hmmm... was thinking on going with the Alba pro comp A arms. Now this makes me second guess! Is their stuff ok? Is it just the customer service issue? Does anyone know if they stand behind their "lifetime warranty" on the A arms?

Never heard any complaints about their products. I think there are quite a few guys on here with their a-arms. Try doing a search or post a new thread about that topic for more info. But, personally, I would not go with a +1 inch forward a-arm on the Raptor. That is what Alba's is.

I kinda agree with u guys. I ordered a pipe from them on the 22nd of april and i just got it on the 8th. It was out of stock so i had to wait for them to order it and then ship it to me, but they were very nice about it when i talked to them. As for the pipe it looks awesome i cant wait to get it installed and see how it runs. Ill be doing this tomorrow so ill let u guys know how it goes.
