Default Gas leak help please!!!!

i have a 2006 yamaha kodiak 4x4, the carb was leaking gas at the bottom of the bowl overflow as soon as i turned the gas on, it would almost be a stream immediately, so after messing with it for a long time taking it apart and putting back together i thousand times i bought a whole new carb, i just got it today and i installed it and the brand new one does the SAME THING!!!!!!!! , am i missing something somewhere because this thing has thrown me for a loop here, any advice would be appreciated. thanks!

This is common sometimes when an atv has been transported or new float value been installed,,My try this...crank up quad turn fuel value off rev engine bout 1/4 throttle when engine starting to die out from running out of fuel turn the gas value back on this will cause the engine to crate n vaccum thru the carb an stuck the float value back into the seat of carb an reseal it back try this afew time an see if it helps.get back here then we will go to the next step..just remember dont let engine die out if it does got to restart an do again got to have the surge of engine to make it work if carb still leaks then may need to replaced the float value..Good Luck
