Default Raptor 350 what clutch kit should I buy

Hello,

I have a 2004 Yamaha raptor 350 and need to install a new clutch. Can you tell me what brand clutch kit I should look at purchasing? Anything I should look out for when installing the clutch?

Rick

I don't really see a need to run the high dollar kits unless you are a serial clutch abuser. You may need a side cover gasket on that engine. Just soak the plates overnight before installing.

What brand do you think I should run? I am just a weekend trail rider, I don't race.

A few years ago, i had heard about the Tusk kits wearing very quickly on the higher hp machines. Should be ok on a Warrior though. I have had good luck with both EBC and Barnett. I have never used Driven though. If the steel plates are true and in spec, you don't need to replace them, just the fibers. Springs are cheap enough I just through those in too while I am at it.

I would stay away from the Tusk, you can't go wrong with Barnett or EBC.
