Yamaha 350 Moto 4 Carb Main Jet is stuck
I am working on a 91 Yamaha 350 Moto-4 ATV. I have trolled the net and youtube looking for someone who has the problem I have.
I am familiar with working on dirt bike and ATV carbs.
This particular carb has the emulsion tube/main nozzle inside a plastic pillar. The main jet is stuck, it will not come loose from the emulsion tube.
When you turn the main jet to loosen it, the whole emulsion tube/main nozzle spins with it inside the plastic housing. I do not know how to fix this.
Normally the emulsion tube on other carbs is threaded into the carb body, and it is metal. You have more options like heating it, soaking it in carb dip, etc. But with this being a plastic part I am stumped.
