2001 banshee backfires on opposite of choke

Default 2001 banshee backfires on opposite of choke

I have a 2001 banshee that backfires on the opposite side the choke is on... I have cleaned the carbs many times adjusted air/gas mixture to stock settings I am running some dmc's pipes.. I now cleaned the slides on the side that was backfiring (opposite of the choke) and now the side with choke is backfiring grrrrr can someone tell me what the problems I switche the plug wires and it stayed on the same time so it's not ignition please help!!!

If your bike has TORS still hooked up disconnect that crap, its the stupid little box to the left of your ign coil. small box, you swapped coil wires and it stayed the same? make sure your spark plugs arent **** and that you dont have airleaks anywhere around your intake boots, crossover, reeds or anything like that. Otherwise sounds like carbs are out of whack somehow. Almost sounds like something a POS rickys or RM stator would do also.

ok thanks great advice because they are Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word and I figured out that the problem is I didnt have the grey hose tht connects one carb to the other carb like a dummie! put that hose on and it fired perfectly..thanks for all the advice

could be your piston is getting loose in the cylinder too but that's prob not the case for you
