Default Timberwolf Mid-Range Hesitation

I started having two issues with my 1994 Timberwolf 4x4. I was having severe carb issues, and having it constantly clogged with junk. I found out the shut off valve had a broken filter inside the tank. I decided to rebuild the carb with a Moose rebuild kit, because it was not idling at all. I set the pilot screw to 1.5 turns out, put the e-clip 4th from the top, and set the idle with a tach to 1,450 RPM. The second issue is when the ATV is at mid-throttle, it hesitates, and then takes off with full power. If you hold the throttle in the mid-range it will constantly hesitate. I thought maybe since I rebuilt the carb, the hesitation would be fixed, however it did not. I thourougly cleaned all passages and made sure it was spic and span. My question is could it be electrical? Could the Coil or the ignition control module be going bad? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah try messing with the clip positions had a 250x honda that was doin bout the same thing and turned out to be running to lean on the needle but it sounded to me like it was electrical and it was not.

I moved up on the needle one notch, and it did fix the mid-range hesitation. Now I have a little bit of hesitation on the high end at high speed. If the ATV is cold it will kill the engine.
