Carb/Power troubles on 2004 Warrior
Hi all,
I have a 2004 Yamaha warrior. Was running rough so I purchaced a carb rebuild kit. Rebuilt the carb and replaced the petcock and still having the same problum. 1st- gas was leaking out of the over flow when ever I put gas to the carb. Was able to fix that by adjusting the float hight. 2nd- Bike starts and runs great on an idle. Revs nice and sounds good. When I put the bike in gear and go it runs good till I give it gas and get on it alittle then it looses power and tries to stall out. If I pull in the clutch and rev it up and let the clutch out it runs great till I slow down again. ??????? I have taken the carb apart more times then I would like to count and no adjustment I make seems to fix the problum. The jets I installed are the ones that came in the new kit. Are they the wrong ones? should I change them just to be sure? Nothing seems to be stuck in either one. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
