All spark should be a strong Snap with a blue color.... Yes

Could hava a bad Plug, Plug boot, Coil/plug wire, bad ground, bad wire to coil, or even a bad stator coil. Start with the cheapest one,... a spark plug, and work your way to the most expensive (probably the stator coil or ignition coil) All of these can be tested fairly well before replacing. It's easier to just change the spark plug without trying to test it.

Typically when a stator quits,... it does just that.... This can be diagnosed by finding the correct wires, using a manual, and testing for continuity thorugh the coil. It will likely show open completely if it's bad. 0 continuity.

If it's good.... You should show some resistance through the coil/s according to the configuration..... I don't have a manual for the bike you have, so I'm just feeding general info.... No specific numbers.

If you have a manual it shoud show exactly how to test the stator.
