With the bike in neutral and the key on, the reverse light comes on allowing the starter not to pick up. After shifting from forward to reverse several times, the reverse light will not go off. Please advise me in what I need to look for.

Will the bike start if you have it in forward and the brake pulled in?

it was the ground on the bike frame not grounded good now im trouble with it not firing at all
