Default 2004 Yamaha Blaster what size jet?

I installed the FMF gold Pipe and FMF muffler. What should I do now to get it running at peak? I heard something about Jetting the carb but i'm not sure how to do that and/or what else needs to be done along with this exhaust mod.

What do you guys think?
Will I feel a difference?
