Default raptor not starting

the past few days i have been having to charge the battery on my raptor 660 so it will crank. the battery is only 6 months old. today i went to crank it and it will just make a click noise and that is it. i tried to jump start it with my pickup turned off and still just a click. i got a volt meter and it shows 12.8 volts. i tried to short the solenoid out and when i did that the solenoid would not even spark or turn over the motor or anything. would could the problem be?

sounds like the starter itself is bad. put 12 volts to it directly

Charge the battery overnight and then try it. If it dosen't work then load test the battery. Battery voltage means next to nothing.

If you could pull start it (pop the clutch) and it starts I would definetly suspect a starter/silinoid issue
