Default Raptor, Bad Stator melted plug to CDI??!!

Well I ran my raptor a few times with the regulator unplugged due to a bad stator. I replaced the stator finally and I have no spark with the regulator plugged in and unplugged now. So I was going to checking continuity of the wires going from the stator to the cdi and found the plug melted to the cdi, specifically the area that holds the W/G and W/R wires from the stator. So a few questons come to mind, is this possible/makes sense to anyone. I probably fried the CDI= the no spark situation, Last but not least does anybody have a bad wiring harness with the center plug to the CDI in good shape with a pigtail of wire attached. This would be greatly appriciated, will pay shipping and supply a little beer money.
Thanks, Terry
