Alright you guys are saying to check the fan, but the fan comes on all the time, so I know it's working unless I need to be checking for something else? Should the fan run constantly or just kick on when the oil temp. reaches a certain level.

Today I'm going to clean around the oil cooler radiator and see if that helps.
