Default Just got 06 Raptor 700

whats the difference between a full exhaust and a slip-on? and which do u prefer for the 700 raptor?

Default Just got 06 Raptor 700

are u talkin bout the alan screw under the tip of the pipe? cas i tried that and i unscrewed it and nothin happened. nothing came out or loosened in the pipe?

just throw ya a slip-on pipe on it, a header pipe really deosnt help much at all for how much they are!! You will get the best performance out of an LRD slip-on pipe, and a K&N air filter!!

Yes, that screw. Grab the tip with a set of vise grips and twist as you pull. It's carboned up. Ride it with it out then put it back in and feel the difference for yourself.

alright thanks man! i'll tell you how it goes and also what about the air box lid? i herd u get more performance if u take it off? but then i hear that it can get too much air? what do u think? and thanks for all the help!

i dont know but i pulled on that damn thing hard as hell and turned it at the same time and all it did was kinda bend?lol! nuthin even almost moved. its like the baffle is welded in or something?

A Pro-Circuit T-4 sounds awesome, i think you would like it, if you like it loud and it gives it good power also, but an LRD pipe is awesome when it comes to power but not as loud as the T-4, but almost!!

i just got an 07 raptor as well... try using a slide hammer to pull the baffle... that's what i had to use
