also..when he first got the 700...i took it to the local drag strip..it was all stock...some guy with a 660 (piped.jetted and a cam) wanted to race so im like o man hes gonna beat me....HECK NO...i walked him by about 3 lengths...

I think it all depends on the rider. I can run an 8.80 on my 01 and the best I can do on my 700 is a 9.42 in 1/8 of a mile.
