Default Can The Raptor Go Through Mud Good????

I can't believe you guys. A 2 wheel drive atv with 5 inches of ground clearance will never be a good mudder.

Default Can The Raptor Go Through Mud Good????

Well Gary, living in the swamps of Mississippi and Louisiana, we don't have many choices. Actually I have a 4 inch lowering kit on my raptor and I ride with the 4X4's. Just make sure I have enough speed to make it without having too much speed to go over the bars. I know it's not a 4X4, but I treat it like one!!

Gentlemen...I live in Hatfield / Mccoy country and ride mud every time out. I know mud and what kind of mudder the Raptor is. Hit a goopy, thick, deep mud hole at high speed and you wind up sitting in front of your Raptor. Happy Holidays guys!

A Raptor does much better in the mud with a snorkel on the airbox....

the raptor is by no means comparable to a 4X4, and probobly isnt good for those like trails expecially for mudding and stuff. but it goes like hell and will get you through almost all the mud you will see in a typical trail. and you dont gatta gear down, it spins its tires enough! lol

it can go through mud thats reasonbale to a sport atv. u need good tires for sure. and when it comes to momentum, u want a decent amount, but dont hit the pit at 55mph, u will just go right over the bars.
