Default Rhino clones

powermax 700, hart cart, ive seen a few different ones. i even think i seen a Prowler clone. Does anyone have one of these? And are they really virtualy the same machine.. If this is the case i can just go to my yamaha dealer and get and engine/chasis part and it will fit? Hows the quality?

Its gotta tempt you right? For $3,995.99 you could have what is, in essence a rhino.. You could have 3 rhinos for the price of one.

Someone must have some of these or knows more about them???? Appreciate any infomation. Its finally time for me to get one now. Thanks

Default Rhino clones

I dont own one but have driven one, there are some differences between them but not all are bad, I actually like some of them. I spoke with a shop that works on them and was told that parts will interchange with my Rhino 660. That kinda sucks, so I know exactually what your talking about with them being tempting, kinda wish I would have gotten one of those. I guess only time will tell how good they are.

Its like those off brand ATV sure they use a motor based on a name brand's motor but the materials are not up to the same standards as the brand names ,hence the price and reliability difference.

Default Rhino clones

Example: Honda and Kawasaki both sell engines that or secondary to their better class engines for builders of off brand lawnmowers and lawn care equipment,at least thats what my dealer says.

Default Rhino clones

I Switched out my 660 engine cover/center console with one from a "clone". The "clone" part had more room underneath to run a snorkle and fit perfectly. There's one with a beefy, cool looking bumper that would bolt right up too. I might pick it up if I ever needed to replace mine.
I would stick with the "real" Rhino, but if you need to replace some plastic...or other non-structural/non-mechanical part, you can find cheaper alternatives to the "Genuine Yamaha" parts. Just do your homework first...not everything will fit.
