That black soily mud is the nastiest.

This place where most of these photos are takes is in a spring fed bottom. It stays muddy 24/7/365. The location is Paige Texas (zip code 78659). Look around and you will see this area is in one of the most extreme droughts in the NATION. I know the photos show water but this area is known for it's natural springs, and boy are they are being tested. Anyway the place where we ride is about 100 acres of sandpits, clay holes, and as the worst stuck photos show, black, swampy, mud.

We got it out with two quads

then I got stuck a little farther down

But my buddy in the 500 sportsman wouldnt leave my stuck unanswered. This one took the taco to get him out.

oh yea, and we made a redneck whirlpool. I know there is a video section but all my mudding picks are posted here. So here is the youtube link

I warned him not to try pushig me out but NO, "I wont get stuck." Famous last words, lol.

I know it's not a 4 wheeler but what the heck, everybody who reads this likes to see something stuck. Besides, it was the first time I took the Tacoma mudding.

Default first weekend in october

I went in from just to the right from where I took the photo. I hit a hole that my buddy's 500 sportsman left and it turned me almost 90 degrees. We finally got some rain and this hole is so muddy that when you rock the quad the ground moves at least 5 feet on each side of quad.

here i just hit a hole again. sunk the right rear pretty deep and it was all over.

took a video of the quad in about 28" of water.
