Oregon Dunes - Horsfal and Spinrail
I live 5 minutes from spinreel, its a great place but it does fill up fast. Some of the best dunes just for cruising, good trails, and beach access are between spinreel and north of Hauser. Farther north, Winchester Bay has the bigger hills (banshee hill is overrated, I've seen it done on blaster). South of Hauser down to boxcar are a few good hills (V8, V6, water board) but it is extremely well traveled. For parking, Winchester Bay, Horsefall area and Hauser all have decent parking.
Sorry if I sound like a know-it-all but the entire area (except windy bay) is fresh in my memory since I rode from boxcar to spinreel this afternoon.
