Default 01' and up Sportsman or 03' and up Vinson?

I need some advice of which atv to buy for plowing snow. Upwards of 8+ inches in the mountains of Northeastern PA. Polaris Sportsman 500 line or Suzuki Vinson 500 line? Thanks

I've been plowing snow in MI for 10-11 years with a Sportsman 500 and it does a great job. It has enough power and traction to keep stacking the snow up and my pile is 4-5 feet high already. Any 500 and up with true 4 wheel drive will probably work well. If I was in the mountains I'd get an 800 instead of a 500 because it has so much more power. I've never seen a Vinson outside of a dealership so I can't say how it compares.

I have owned four Sportsman 500s (01,02, 04, 05) and HIGLY recomend them. I am not a snow plower because I live in Texas but they are close to unstopable off road. The 05 is my favorite because of the bulit in storage under the fron rack. EFI started in 06 with better cold weather / easier starting performance (not a factor where I live).
