HMM thats a new one. I have been a mechanic for over 20yrs and never heard it called a slam hammer. BUt yes thats it.

screw out .i have not good luck with them. chesil works well . are the slam hammer works grate..

try tapping with a hammer first then remove screw it always works for me[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
If striped cut new slot with hacksaw etc. then tap with hammer and remove
this will work [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
