Good luck in finding anything on the lots these days. I have been all over my area and pickins are scarce. Personally, I'd recommend you look for an 05 or 06 Dodge with a Cummins diesel. The 06's are the ones to look for. Save yourself some cash, and if it has less than 100K on it, it is just getting broken in. It will pull anything out there without breaking a sweat. Something my Hemi could NOT do. I was disapointed. Since buying the diesel, I have become a convert. I believe my 06 Ram with a quad cab and 4x4 with the Cummins will be the last truck I will have to ever buy. You don't know just how strong that beast is until you strap on 8000 lbs of trailer behind you and start running up and down the mountains. That is when you find out why people prefer diesels. One last thing, in teh diesel world, there are two kinds of owners. Those that own a Cummins, and those that wish they did.
OBTW, I am not a big fan of the late model Cummins trucks. The 06's have more grunt, and don't leave spare parts on the road... If you know what I mean.
