Weve gone pretty high up and something IS going to get done. Theyve been calling other dealers as well trying to find the parts. If they do get one theyre going to overnight it and get it installed as soon as they get it.
You guys think that's bad? Years ago I was working on a Renault Gordini and waited 11 months for parts to come from France. The car was two weeks old and blew the engine. The dealership refunded the money and the customer bought another car. Both the customer was happy and the factory took care of the dealership. I was the one that got hosed.
