Default My trailer raxk to carry 4-5 ATV's

Been meaning to post pictures for some time now. I built this rack on a 16 ft tralier, is 12.5 ft. long and 101 in. wide. This has worked great for me so far, been using it for over a year now with zero issue's or problems of any kind. My wife ussually tows this with her 07 Yukon. I load a Rincon, Polaris 325, Kaw. 300 and Yamaha 350 with ease and more than enough room for 4 larger bikes with mud tires. I can actualy move the rack about 18 inches off the back and load another ATV across the front sideways. Materails cost me about $700, I bought when steel was very high. I plan to paint the trailer black next year. Hope this can help someone else, I will be happy to answer any questions or comments.
One more thing, it's bolts down to the rails of the trailer with 4 bolts so its easly to remove. I ussually back into my shop and use the chain fall, I could always tie to a tree and pull forward enough to place a stand under the front.

Exacalty 95wolv. Didn't want to buy a new trailer big enough to carry all the bikes and was tired of loading from the side and sliding back, getting too old for that and bikes are getting bigger and heavier. Thought about selling the 16 ft. trailer and putting that cash towards a bigger trailer but was concerned about a half ton towing with the bikes. This seem to fit the bill, best of both worlds. The price of new wider trailers was very high and I did all the welding myself. We sure do get a lot of questions at the parks and looks driving down the road.

that is very interesting. Looks like you are just a couple axles and little more welding away from setting that wider deck down on it's own frame. Have to give it to you though.. the new deck looks nice.

Next time you have it fully loaded, snap a pic, and post it.

That is a great solution for a trailer that otherwise isn't the most practical for hauling 3 or 4 atv's. Driving them on and then having to drag them sideways gets old really fast.
