Default Trailer & ATV storage in Southern California

Hello

Im in need of finding a inexpensive place to store my 12 foot carson trailer and my quad. Every where Ive gone its pretty outrageous. I checked a place in Agoura hills, and was too much.. I would be willing to drive out to Corona at the most...

Any one know of a place in Orange County or In LA country that has secure storage for both, and is cheap.

I keep it a friends right now, but I'm going to need to move it soon enough..

Any help is appreciated...

The one place i thought would be a bit more affordable, said 62 for a parking space in the open, 125 for a covered space, and like 295 for a secure covered space so I can put the quad in there with it.. (Per month..)

I live in Santa Monica and don't mind driving a little ways...

That is insane! My dad owns a very large (800 units) storage facility here in oregon. They are heated (radiant heat). RV units that are 13x40 are only $120/month. A unit for your atv and trailer would only be $40. I guess we need to raise the rent! LOL! Must be that sacred southern california ground! LOL!
