is it tri-axle? if not you need 8 drive tires and 2 steer tires. if they was 11r22 you could go to a truck stop and get 8 drives on sale around 2 grand. the bad news is you won't find tires that size cheap. the cheapest used tire in those sizes is 100.00 each with not much tread left.</end quote></div>

No its a 6x6 all 10 tires drive at the same time all the time i can't shut the all wheel drive of on this one. . . .

Now check out the tech info above posted in the links of the 2 tires ican still get new. . .

for those of you trying help find cheap options if you search as 11R20 you'll never get much info as it's an old biasply sized tire thats now offered in a radail so ya gotta type 11.00r20 i know its a pain you wouldn't think the .00 mean anything but i guess it dose .

if your keeping the original look go with the firestone. the only reason i brought up the expreditor truck is most of the have the 5.9 or 8.1 cummins, cat 3126 or c-7, and mbe-900. they have sleepers avg 60" to 70" most of the newer one have 96" and a 16' to 24' box on the back.

Yikes them things a long trucks tho guy i got this as it was a very short tandum ! whole migh be 16-18 feet tops my mack is 20 or 22 foot this thing is a bit shorter.

I'm the reg cab short bed typ of guy tho i do buy reg cab standard box truck's i'm not into the long box extened or 4 door cabbed truck's. . . if i wanted a 4 door truck i'd get an SUV. . .even thos i always went 2 door short wheel base. . .

I like the sawed off shot gun effect Big bang small gun. . .

my 62 GMC K-4500 is a reg cab 7 foot bed truck with a 379ci V-6 gas engine 4spd manual 5.13 gears and 8-19.5's there 34" tall a GVWR of 12,500#'s. . .

bumper to bumper its 1.5FT shorter than my F-150 was but center of axle to center of it was 9" further apart so it would out turn and out handle a reg cab rag box half ton pickup ! in spots were the ford would have to back and readjust go threw the woods i could hit the gas and fly threw on shot. . .

I like strong trucks lots of pulling power and high manuveriblity. . .

plus i hate relying on my mirrors. ..

8.1L ? ? ? you thinking of the 502 GM aka 8100 8.1L the cummins is an 8.3L !

just funning with yea i know what you mean.. . .. if the M-275 wasn't such rare truck i would have pulled out the 331 Reo 6 and put in the 8.3L with 7spd spicer in to it. . .

The M-275 is a "2.5ton" semi tractor and its super short compared to the other 2.5ton trucks the stardard duece is 3 foot longer the extended wheel base duece is 5 feet longer. . .
