Default Loading quad on rear wheels

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Originally posted by: TLC

I thought it would fill the airbox with oil too. I've seen several 2-smokes like Banshees stood up but still haven't seen anyone stand a 4-stroke on end. He says he does it, so there's at least <u>one</u> person on the planet that does.

I just got back from a trip to colorado and had a 700 rap and a 450 r stood on the grab bar. Neither one leaked a drop of oil but some gas leaked out the gas cap vent. So make sure to turn off the gas and drain the tank to about half full and you should be good to go.

I can only say for Honda/Yamaha/CanAm 4stroke - but we ship 20 or more at a time -- all on their tails. To be completely safe = empty gas and switch it off, disconnect battery and tape up the battery terminals. Use plenty of tie-downs, pulling against each other so that if one loosens then another tightens.
