It should fit. you may have to drive over the wheel wells. I had a 95 sonoma and hauled a warrior and the warrior slid right between the wheel wells and had several inches to spare in the back.

Should fit except maybe the length might not let the tailgate closed.

I don't know how long your quad is but I haul a Prairie 360 in my S-10. Had to build a little ramp to run the wheels over the fender wells and put a couple of 2X6s across the front of the bed at wheel well height, in those slots Chev built in for that purpose, so my winch would go over the top of the cab. Doing this the front tires are just clear of the back window and the tailgate will close behind the quad. I believe your quad may be a bit shorter but I'm not sure.

By the way, a lot of the S-10s had a tailgate support cable recall on them. You might want to have yours checked. If they inspect them and say they are good they will still change them if you insist. Had mine checked and was told they were fine. Couple of weeks later one broke while I was loading the quad. Had both of them changed under the recall. The new cables are a lot better material.
