Yeah, no matter how much you work on it...you never get it quite right. I wish I had ordered mine with the extra 6 inches in height so my Rhino would fit inside without taking the roof off of it. I do like those cabinets in the front though but should have ordered it with 4 drawers.

400 Cat, did you mount your generator and air compressor or do you just throw it in the trailer when you need it?

I put a couple of tiedowns on each side in the back of the trailer for the compressor and the generator. The tire rack is on the left side of the trailer and I put the compressor under it and the gen on the right. It leaves the middle of the trailer clear to drive the quads straight in.

My trailer will be ready to pick up December 1. I will try and post some pics once I get it finished inside.

400CatDriver, see the first post on this topic. I don't know if it is the best trailer available, but it is the best deal for the money I could find around my area.

Those trailers are cool. I really like the front ramp where you can drive right off. I didn't like the short height though...how tall is it inside?

The inside height is 74", so I can stand up and get dressed in the morning without having to lay on my back to pull my pants on, like I had to do in a tent. The rear door height is 69.5" and the front door height is 61", so you will have to duck a little if you walk in through those doors.

I had it built with a walk in door on the right side and also had a horizontal slider window installed on each side for ventilation. The windows should look just like the one on your trailer.

I probably will never use the front ramp door, as I plan on putting cabinets up front. I wanted to order it without the door, but the price was the same with or without door. I figured if I ever decide to sell this trailer, it would be worth more with the door, so I had them keep it in.

I still am deciding what to use for beds, since I will be hauling 4 utility quads, I don't have side room to install fold down beds. I will either use inflatable mattresses or folding cots that can be stowed up front.

Can you order those with the gas doors so you can fill up the quads/sleds without unloading?

Yes, I ordered it with the 14"X14" fuel door. I have it centered on the left side of the trailer, like the one shown here. Fuel Door
