I've had my share of sore fingers from hammering in fence post. (Horse fence) We had a few Appaloosas and a Morgan. I've been bucked off a couple times. Not fun but still kinda fun.

They used 10 stitches trying to put my fingertip back on. 3 days later, it's gray, so they cut it off. 6 stitches to do that. Most painful part was getting stitches out.

We had a horse when I was young it the late sixties and the stud threw me off and then ran over me. I was banged up and got 2 black eyes from hitting face first in the ground, I don't like horses.

LOL. Horses are like big watchdogs. We could tell if anyone was on our land by watching the horses. One time there was a dog that had a cat up a tree in our pasture. Our Morgan ran the dog right out through the fence. I was riding the Morgan bare back once and he took me through a bunch of apple trees trying to brush me off his back. I just let go and covered my face. Horses can be good and BAD.

Talking about fingers, was installing a slide in basket into the receiver on my motorhome, I was using my finger in the hole to guide the hitch pin(don't do this), my brother moved the basket and pinched my finger, it hurt like he!!, When I put it under water to clean it, the tip of my finger (top 1/2 inch) flipped open like a pop top. Only now, the tip of the bone was showing. I'll never do that again!! After a few choice words, my brother drove me to the hospital to have it put back together.
