Default idle screw?

On the 94 King quad their is a screw on one side that runs up to the carb. Im assuming this is a idle screw? Got to bum the idle up a bit as the thing is idling to low when warm and likes to stall. Cant turn it by hand but pretty sure previous owners never used it so may take some lube to get free

You have the same deal my 500 Sportsman has. Its a extender that rots out and breaks (#34 on image link) you have to just get a hold of the nut between the extender (#34) and washer(#39) directly by hand.
Not a lot of hand room.
