Default trading a 2001 raptor for a 2003 z400 good idea?

I am the owner of a very nice 2001 raptor 660 that is in very good condition. The raptor has a full Yoshi pipe and some other minor things done to it. The quad runs very well and fires right up. The things I don't like about this quad is how top heavy it is. I cant control it like I would like and besides that the 2001 raptors have a bad history with transmissions and this transmission is yet to be swapped for a newer one, so it is a ticking time bomb at the moment. The starter clutch is also starting to go out so that needs to be replaced as well. I came a across I guy with a very nice 2003 Suzuki z400 with a hmf pipe and other minor things. He wants to trade straight up and give me $200 on top of it. I live in Kansas and mostly trail ride. If you were in my position would you take the trade? Thanks for the help.

IMO, I'd trade.
I have a buddy that traded for the same reasons and didn't look back.
The Z400 will be much more nimble.
