Not supposed to be a adjustment.
Some of them had a metal tab that could be bent but most are plastic floats which normaly are not bent/adjusted.

In order to adjust the float hight, you do have to bend the metal flange. Bending it down towards the needle will lower your fuel in the bowl, while bending it away from the needle will raise the fuel in the bowl. You can measure the float hight by holding the carb (with the bowl off) sideways with the float bulbs down and tilt the carb so that the float drops into the top of the carb, then slowly tilt the carb the other way until the float moves and stops. Then measure how much of the float is sticking out from the edge of the carb. It should be out about 25mm. The float is made to be adjusted to compensate for various problems, but it really should always be at or near 25mm for your vehicle.
