Default shiny plastics using pledge clear floor care

Tried using this product from reading on another forum.

Used: Pledge Floor Care for Tile and Vinyl floor (clear bottle)

Wanted to try this out as I have about 10 miles of tight trails in the woods by my house and it can cause scratching to occur. I bought the dvx400 about a month ago and the previous owner babied it and it didn't have any scratches on the plastic. Riding several times a week is starting to scratch my plastics so hopefully this product will act like a shield if I put enough coats on it. I will report back after I test thoroughly... Keep in mind my plastics were not in bad shape at all, just scratching was happening. So far it is shinier than it was before.

Still in the "drying" process. ps don't mind the junk in my roommates garage lol.

We used plain old Pledge furniture polish at the shop along with Protect All. Both seemed to bring out the shine, but think the Floor Care you're using would be better as it probably goes on a lot thicker. Keep the guys updated on how it holds up against wear and tear..

We did the same with the Tri-zinger we had. The plastics were a mess when we bought it. My kid took a
bunch of Mr. Clean erasers to it and then got out the floor refinisher/polish we bought at Walmart. It did a
great job and dirt came right off of it, but forget getting any stickers to stay on it.....I told him to put the
stickers on first, but he didn't listen.

Here is a picture before and one after. The fender on the Ground is a Mint NOS fender I found on eBay. We sold
the zinger, but I gave the fender to my Nephew for his Zinger. Now he has the fender mounted on the wall in
his room. LOL I don't think it will ever see dirt.
