Ever wonder why manufacturer's uses cast pistons? It's cuz they are the best.
Wiseco's are lighter but my guess is that your not doing 10k+ revs and need a lighter piston. Wiseco's also need more clearance cuz they swell like my belly on a beer night.
Cast pistons crack more easy on high reving engines.
If you want dependability, you want cast (OEM or Pro-X).

If you want to pretty much rebuild it and forget about it go cast, or oem. Save weisco's for the 2 strokes.

I try to go oem for reliability, weisco for when oem's are not available or for specialty needs.
If your not racing or at a bore that you can't get them, I would go oem.
