Hi,
sorry about the delayed response, I have been working on something newer and two stroak lately. I have actually thinking of breaking down the second quad into parts for storage and possibly selling some stuff off.
A few months ago I went through an electric issue on my 250s’s. There still not fixed. Started fine one day then the next week nothing. I cleaned the grounds and went through all of my electric stuff only to find none worked, and all the components tested out at different values, not like one set is different, but three complete sets of electric components all test at different specs.
Ive even replaced most things with new aftermarket, but no good. Haven't got back to it lately, but when I do im gonna start from scratch.
It seems these bikes are really temperamental with their grounds and resistance. Cleaning your connections are really important. From there its just checking and going through components. Alot of the 230s stuff is the same, and there is a ton of aftermarket stuff out there for them still.
Any idea on what you need yet? im not sure what I have is any good but ill see if I can let you know where to find what you need.
