The paint guy at Car Quest today told me he estimates the exhaust on an ATV to reach 700F and up? In this case looks like the paint will be damaged on the header but I'm selling it before it runs that long anyway it will be for sale come spring with 0 riding hours on the new paint job.

Well I'm probably 15 hours deep so keep that in mind (not even finished painting or even started clear coating yet)

All the blue is complete!
Mind the mess this is my grandfathers slob basement, everything but the exhaust has been clear coated now all using Plastikote products (primer/paint/clear)
I think it matches the Suzuki blue good enough, to give you an idea here is a photo without the flash:
Now with the flash:
Handle bar raisers:
Rear brake master cylinder:
Air box:
Air box to carb intake link hose:
Close up of the rear brake caliper to swing arm linkage bar:
Brake/clutch levers and gas tank (primed/painted/cleared):

You have already seen the exhaust pipe primed, here it is with the blue after drying for 48 hours (I knew I was going to run out so I decided to use what was left wisely and do a fade to green since I realized I would need 2 cans of green for the frame anyway)
Like I said 48 hours later I did the green my frame will be (awesome shade of green right??) did the best fade job I could:
I have not clear coated this yet though:
