Default 1991 LT80 Issues

hi all. Its a 1991 lt80 which i cant get to start. I have acquired an owners manual and other basic parts i.e. air filter, oil, etc.. i have good ignition. i drained the carburetor and then tried to start it but when i went to drain the carb again there wasnt any fuel in the carb. i cleaned the spark plug and tried again. no go for the lt80. the starter comes on. i have a pull start i also put on it thinking that would help me but nope that didnt either. the fuelcock is allowing fuel to come down the lines i can see it in the fuel filter. But im lost from here. Once in awhile it will start with a battery charger on it but i cant plug the charger in where i want the kids to ride. im thinking new or rebuild carb? any help would be appericated thnaks

make sure you have all the carb lines where they go. this quad uses a vaccuum to pull fuel to the carb.
