Default ASV Levers/Z400

I've got 2 questions.

1) Will the F-3 series ASV clutch and brake levers work on a '07 Z400? I ask this because, for the clutch lever, it says "may not work on quads with an electric start". What would be the reason for this and would it work on a Z400?

2) Since the parking brake and the clutch lever are hooked together, you would loose the parking brake when you switch out the clutch levers. Can you buy parking brakes to replace the stock one or do you just go on without one?

on a stock clutch lever you have to pull it in so the electic switch will make contact
I removed the wires from mine and hooked them together when I installed mine so I dont need to have the clutch in to start it

as for the brake you will loose it. most people dont ever use it anyway I know I didnt

Thanks! So I could just wire the switch and the other wire directly together and not have any problems?
