Default Eiger key blanks

How do you identify your key blanks from the microfiche?
There are four numbers, types C,D,E and F.
So far, the local shop hasn't been able to get the right one to fit my lock.
There are several differences between my original key and the blanks they sold me.
They gave my VIN and key code to Suzuki and insist they have the right one.
It won't even go into my lock.

Default Eiger key blanks

Thank, but mine can't even get the correct key blank, so far.
I'm going back out there tonight, with my key and them key blanks they got men fvia my VIN, from Suzuki.

I took pictures with my digital camera and put them on a CD for them, so they can show it to the parts rep.

They insist it's the right one but it won't go in the switch and the millings are a different width.
