HELP starting f-160 quadrunner!!
Hi. I"m a single Mom trying to keep a promise to my boys. I've got a 99 suzuki quadrunner lt f-160. Well, it's been sitting waiting for a new battery and brake part, so it was not started for over a year. I have been working on it. I've drained the carburator of dirty gas, it smelled awful and looked greenish! Then I ran new gas into it a couple times and drained it again. I checked all lines, airline, took out spark plug and cleaned it and checked the spark. Turned the gas valve on and the choke. Tried adjusting the choke, but couldn't keep it running long enough to really do it. Then it started for a second or two and stalled right away. Sounded like it wasn't getting gas to me! I checked everything and I can't find any reason it's not getting gas. I wonder if the choke isn't working, but I can't see it doing anything , I think it's inside the carburator or something. Now it won't start at all again!
Can anyone help me?? I appreciate any help in the most simple terms, I know how to repair body parts and frame, but engines are a mistery to me.

HELP starting f-160 quadrunner!!
ok well just get a new spark plug for it to start with, make sure theres oil clean the jets like the other guy said then if it doesnt start it might be electrical like the coil or stator. mine was running good the it ran like it dint have enough gas then it stalled so my dad checked it out and we found out it has no spark and its the coil.
