I just received my latest QUAD magazine and in the "rumor mill" section it said that the KQ was going to be raised to 800cc and the front shocks and geometry was going to change. Has anyone heard of this and what do you think? Also, I wonder if they will keep the 700KQ when the 800KQ comes along, if it does. Check it out in this edition of QUAD magazine.

 

An 800cc KQ would be pretty sweet. Something with the power of a Outlander that handles at least as good as a KQ but with better front end geometry? That would be a winer in my book. Add some power steering and you'd be in business.

 

just pick up a 700 cat today i think i am going to try the cam kit supposed to add 20 horse mu buddie is going to try it on his he put the lift kit on his 700 cat it has a true 15 inches clearance with 27 out laws wild

 

Spoke with the local dealer (Tejas Motorsports) and they said that Suzuki was adding a King Quad 800 for 2008 and it will be out in mid fall. They said it will be almost similar to the KQ700, but with a slight front end adjustment to the shocks. And it is suppose to have better floor boards. He said the spec sheet had the HP at the crank at 53HP. This would be very interesting to see. Sounds very good.
