Default 800 Outlander vs Banshee

hahah!!!! I got something for all of you. My Red and Black 1985 1/2 Yamaha Tri-Z 250 will take all of you to school. Its sleeved, ported, reeds, jetted, full exhaust, and geared perfectly. What do you say to that?? hahah!!!! I have beaten numerous of the following; banshee, blaster, DS650, Grizz 700, Raptor 660, Grizz 700, Rincons, 200X, 350X, and a few dirt bikes. I haven't come across anyone around here with a outlander, but if I see one I'll be sure to challenge. If its not that much faster than a DS650 it doesn't stand a chance.

..The Brute Force and the Outty are two COMPLETELY different animals...But, whatever, it's your opinion.

700 kaw doesnt stand a chance in a race...prarie or v-force. we toy with those. i take it you have had a radar gun on the ds at the revlimiter?

Two guys from here were racing on a banshee and a ds 650 the banshee had bigger tires that messed with her gear ratios more apart right ... less bottom end the bikes were close when the banshee was mixed lean and we didnt use a radar gun we used a gps on both the ds 650 baja x version was at 82 mph with 2 people on her 81 with 1 person and the banshee at 80 mph 1 person

I raced my brother v-force with my 400 polaris sport. He didn't just run off and leave me.The v-force isn't the fastest bike out there.I really like it though. It has good power and very trail friendly(easy to ride/automatic).That said,my brother has had several people crash his' 700 because they underestimated what a new automatic quad could do.Just because it's automatic, doesn't mean it can't be powerful. They are impressive.I'm sure can-am has done their homework too and made an incrediable quad.I can't wait to ride one.

I agree with some of these guys. You just need to find one and race it.
If it beats ya,that's ok.Look at the million of mods available to ya.
Technology has helped the big bores alot.Just look back 5-10 years ago at what the industry called fast. It's just going to keep improving.Man,it's great how much the atv industry is improving.
If yamaha had been improving the banshee along the way like they did other quads then the banshee could have been insanely fast from the factory.
Please let us know when you race one.
