What would be the best aftermarket exhaust for a 400ex. Has a White Bros E-series already but it beat up pretty good so what would be another good choice.

I TOTAL agree Styelz, but he does not have that kind of money to buy a Yoshimura pipe. They are like $500 and up I talked to him today and he said that it too much money $350-400 max. YOSHIMURA KICK A$$!@#$%^&*

Yoshi's are over-rated for the 400 EX. Dirt Wheels Magazine did a shootout of ten pipes and the White Brothers E-Series was voted as the best. It hd the best power gain top end with decent gains in the mid-range. Does he want a full system or just the muffler... I am assuming the full system. Look on ebay. Sometimes there is a White Brothers R-4 full system for around $300. This pipe was also rated very well by Dirt Wheels. It will be hard to find the R-4 though because it isn't made for larger ATV's anymore.

YOshimura. The comp series ( pipe and header) is a very nice set for about 400 bucks. The best pipe ive ever seen though is the Yoshimura Titanium Trs pro series (pipe and header). Thats a sick a$$ pipe, but itll set you back anywhere from 600-800 bucks.

 

if moneys no object. i say go with the trinity stage 4. it is a full stainless exhaust with a mean sound this pipe is our favorite by far. my cousin has a yoshi comp series on his z400 this is a nice pipe also just not my type. i have the e-series on my 400ex and i love it. it has a good deep sound, looks nice, and it produces tons of power, not as much as the trinity though!!!!!!!!!!
