Default Mongoose 250

Hey,
My girlfriend is looking for a quad and she found a Kymco Mongoose 250 with an auto tranny. She doesn't like the idea of a manual tranny. Does anyone know anything about this. I've already been to the manufacturers website, but i wanted to get some real world input.

How does it do say compared to a honda 250?

How are kymco products in general....

Any comments, testimonies or reviews would be great.

Thanks,
Hez

Z250 might be a good choice (its auto) and since its suzuki, your going to find alot of aftermarket parts (if your interested) and shops

I believe they did a test on it in a magazine a couple months ago. Also the tires that come stock are kenda klaws which are VERY good tires.

If I were you DUDE,stick with the four major brands on this. I had a honda 250ex , but now have a z400. remember this you get what you pay for. japaness are best built machaine around. If I were you I would buy a z250 or 250ex,but ex is beter machine

Z250 would probably be the best choice, its semi- auto. I know its better than the 250ex honda. Plus its good to stay with the name brands for parts and everything. So far I havent had any probelms with my Z.

250EX if you want something cheap, maybe a blaster if you want more maintenance time but for more speed...

Trail Blazers are slower and the peonix isnt even in the same class as the z250 and 250ex.
