the 400ex is the better of these two, however if you need reverse then go with the warrior if your on a budget,if not on a budget then get a z/kfx400.

Out of the 2 you mentioned, get the ex. However if you aren't on a budget do like clover said and get a z/kfx/dvx 400.

Yep, so really what they're saying is get the Warrior or the Z .. LOL

Honestly .. if you're an experienced rider and you're looking to do jumps, then forget the Warrior (ouch that hurts to even think!!!). I love mine to peices but that sucker comes down HARD if you're getting any kind of air at all ..

The only aspects of the 400EX that I dislike in comparison to the Warrior is a lack of reverse and the looks, but looks are purely subjective. I like the way the EX looks, just not as much as the Warrior.

I personally think the Warrior has a little bit better feel on a really harsh slow going trail with lots of obsticles.....it also has reverse which I guess is handy, but I don't mind going without it.

Other than that, I think I like everything about the EX better. For my riding style, I would pick the EX hands-down.

If money were not an object, I would pick the Z400 over the EX.

Yea these guys pretty much summed it up well. Unless you wanna spend a fwe hundred and get some Works suspension the Warrior is not the best jumper. It's great for a guy like me who thinks a big jump is something you watch, not something you do. But in the woods a Warrior is a great ride.

if money were no object guys, then he'd be looking at a raptor 350, not a warrior...

out of the two, get the 400ex. better in every way, except for the reverse

Try and get your hands on Sept 04 Dirt Wheels for a comparison of Raptor 350, 300EX, and 400EX. This may make you forget about the Warrior 350. For info the 400EX's are being discounted big time to get rid of 04's before Honda announces what they are doing with 400EX for 05. Could be in for a big change or maybe not. I just picked up 04 400EX brand new for $4500 plus tax and license but I do not mind old school technology.
