Default 09 phoenix crankcase cover leak

I have a slight oil leak on my kids bike. On the right hand side where the wires come out of the crankcase there seems to be oil leaking. It only happens while running as it sits higher than the oil level and it is a pretty small amount. Has anyone figured a way to stop this. Theres a grommet that the wires come through. I thought silicone but it doesn't want to stick. I would have to completely disassemble and clean 100% for silicone to work. Anything else work?

Used Three bond 1104,1194 along with Wurth sealant products on almost all the engine cases, etc in the shop whether Polaris, Ktm, or Japanese. Not sure where they would completely seal your area since it's already oily, but Three bond does have another product,Three bond 1217 that might. Haven't used it myself, but the advertising at least sounds good. Oil Surface Adhesion - Technical Information | ThreeBond Holdings
