Default 2001 Polaris 90 hard to start when cold

2001 Polaris 90 is hard to start when cold. Will start / run fine when warmed up. I can't find fuses, it has some type of plunger mechanisim on carb. Carb is clean and machine runs fine when hot.

Where are fuses?.
Is there a choke, How does it work?.
Where can I get tech manual?.

Thanks to all.

It has an elec choke(doesn't work well),just hold your thumb over the air box tube inlet blocking air flow, will start up a lot faster!! Common problem with the older 2 strokes. OPT
