Default 07 Polaris Sportmans 500 HO, won't start!!

Alright the girlfriend has a 07 Sportmans 500 that has sat idle for about two months. The first issue was a dead battery. Now I can't get the thing to start. It will sit there and spin but nothing. It will not pull start and the spark plug is dry. I have been doing enough reading on here to know that I need to check the battery voltage, ETC Throttle adjustment when I get home. Any other suggestions will gladly be accepted. And it really is my girlfriends 4-wheeler, I'm a Mustang kind of guy!

Start with the basics, does it have spark, If not check fuses, CDI box, coil. If it has spark, does it have fuel? check shutoff petcock, gas in tank, gas thru filter, gas at carb (or injector) These are the basic starting points for all internal combustion engines.

OK here's the latest. I am getting spark and I was able to get it running by shooting some starter fluid into the throttle body. It clearly is not getting fuel though. Took the fuel filter off and it was fine and the fuel in it was clean. The fuel lines that I took off did not appear to have any type of pressure in them. So I'm thinking maybe bad Fuel Pump, clogged fuel line somewhere? I would like to see if the pump is getting power maybe a bad fuse? Does this thing have a FUSE BOX? Where is it?? and I am assuming without taking the plastic off yet that the Fuel Pump is located somewhere near the fuel tank? I will check again tonight and see if the fuel pump is cycling on though. The only thing I can really here cycling is the TPS.
