You wont have any problems with a 60" plow on a sportsman, I have run them on many different model sportsmans with no problems. Have had the glacier 1 for years with no problems easy to put on and off. Just bought the glacier 2 this year for my 850xp haven't had the chance to try it out. Will update later. There all good as long as you dont beat them or miss use them!

I have a 60" plow on my 500, and it works great. I usually have it in the first angled position to one side or the other. I used it in wet snow and haven't noticed it pulling the machine sideways, but I suppose it could under certain conditions.

I wouldn't go with anything less than 54" if you are going to angle the plow.

Just installed my new glacier 2 plow on my quad. It took maybe five minutes to install everything. Plow mount and plow frame are built alot heavier then the older glacier 1 and 2 models. Looks like it should stand up very well.

Sounds like the Glacier II 60" will be my best bet first time around, simple to install, easy & fast hook up..

Thanks again for your help, you guys are great.
